Google Ads is the only advertising we run for clients. We don't do Facebook ads at all, and we've been doing it for 4 years.
We look after 88 businesses at the moment and about half of them are local service businesses: electricians, plumbers, roofers, tree loppers and bricklayers. My dad's a tradie, so I've grown up around how this work actually comes in. I've never asked a client to sign a long-term contract. Everyone's month to month, and my biggest accounts have been with me for over a year.

Every number is a real month, screenshotted straight from the client's Google Ads dashboard. Industries only, no names.
“One of the electricians we look after in Sydney got 507 enquiries from Google in 60 days, and his best campaign was bringing them in at $72 each.”

Someone's on the couch scrolling at nine at night, your ad comes up, they tap it and Facebook fills in their details for them. When you ring them the next morning, they can't remember doing it. You spend half your week chasing people who were never that serious.
They need the work done and they fill in your form, then they get busy and forget. Weeks later the job can't wait, so they search your trade and their suburb on Google and ring whoever comes up first. Or you drive out, spend an hour on site, send the quote, and it goes quiet, because they checked Google before saying yes.
Every dollar on Facebook reminds people in your area they need a sparky, a plumber or a roofer. When they're ready to book, they search Google, and if your competitor is on top, you've paid to warm up a customer for him. Often the agency fee is bigger than the ad budget too. The fix is simple: be the name on top when someone in your area searches for what you do.
Your ad only shows when someone types in your trade and your area. That person needs a tradie right now, so every enquiry is from someone who went looking for you.
Owning your location. Every suburb you want work in gets its own campaign and its own page, so the person searching sees their suburb in your ad and on the page they land on.
We work the budget back from what you want to make. About 10% goes back into marketing, so an extra $50K a month means about $5K a month in ads.
James has been second to none. I went through the motions with plenty of agencies for google ads and generating leads, none compared to James. If you want someone who is real and completely honest, leed agency is the go.
James has helped me with 2 business's and done an outstanding job great return on ad spend, very honest guy super helpful
James is awesome at what he does, highly recommend him to boost your Google presence and optimise your marketing campaigns. We have consistently been on the up and up since we started working with him.
The quality of leads has skyrocketed, and they're always on point with any questions or suggestions… His expertise, knowledge, and proactive approach, along with a strategic focus on Google Ads… have undoubtedly contributed to our success.
James at Leed Agency is a Google Ads expert! After working with him, our ad campaigns have never performed better. He knows exactly how to target the right audience, optimize for conversions, and maximize our ad spend.
Really easy to work with and made the changes I requested super quick, website looks great and ads are getting leads through for cheap, thanks James & Bailey appreciate all your help
We do our best work with owners who have a crew, want more work in the suburbs they choose, and are happy to let us get on with it.
It's how we put you on top of Google for your trade. Your ads only show to people searching for your trade in your area, with a campaign and a page for every suburb you work in.
Most trade accounts we take over were left on Google's automatic settings with nobody managing them. That tells you very little about what Google can do with a proper build.
No. Google Ads is all we do, and we can run it next to whatever you already have.
No. Every client is month to month and always has been.
If we haven't added $50K a month to your revenue by day 60, you stop paying our fee and we keep working until we have. It needs ad spend at about 10% of the revenue you want to add (about $5K a month for an extra $50K), the crew to take on the jobs, and someone answering the phone.
If people search Google for your trade in your area, yes. We run it for electricians, plumbers, roofers, tree loppers and bricklayers.
It's done for you. We build and manage everything, and you're in a WhatsApp group with James and his team from day one.
Campaigns go live the same day we start, and enquiries often start coming in within the first 12 hours. The minimum we work with is $500 a month. Budget is set at about 10% of the revenue you want to add.
A few quick questions about your business, your trade and the areas you work in, so James can have a look before you talk. If it's a fit, he'll open Google Ads on a Google Meet and show you who's on top in your suburbs right now. If it's not, he'll tell you.
